Maintenance Manager

About the Role

Millionaires Casino located in Accra, Ghana, is recruiting a Maintenance Manager to lead and manage all maintenance activities ensuring smooth operations of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and direct maintenance staff as well as external contractors to achieve maintenance goals.
• Monitor the functioning and upkeep of building systems, equipment, and utilities to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Accurately prepare and maintain records and reports related to maintenance activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience relevant to maintenance management.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office software for documentation and reporting.
