About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Expert to join a client project aimed at enhancing supply chain processes and documentation accuracy. This opportunity allows you to leverage your deep domain expertise to improve AI training by providing authentic, real-world logistics input. No experience in AI technology is necessary; your specialized knowledge in logistics is essential. The position is remote and contract-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess logistics documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers to ensure they are genuine, accurate, and comply with industry standards.
- Create and annotate sample documents that illustrate best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Review existing supply chain operations and propose enhancements grounded in practical experience.
- Offer comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios focusing on document structure and process efficiency.
- Work closely with project teams to clarify needs and communicate complex logistics concepts in an understandable manner.
- Take part in quality assurance by validating the accuracy and appropriateness of supply chain datasets.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources aligned with industry benchmarks and intricate supply chain challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management, specifically involving packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records.
- Extensive knowledge of logistics operations, documentation standards, and worldwide supply chain management.
- Strong proficiency in English with ability to articulate technical logistics information clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail when auditing and preparing supply chain documents.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and a track record of recommending process improvements within logistics environments.
- A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup while delivering consistent, quality results on schedule.
