Logistics Specialist (Russian Speaker)

Role Overview

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the comprehensive process of global cargo transportation. This position guarantees shipments are handled efficiently, comply with regulations, and arrive punctually by overseeing carriers, customs documentation, and mitigating supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, ocean, and land freight across international routes to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Maintain strict compliance with international trade laws and Incoterms in all customs procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and rates effectively with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor and evaluate shipping performance data to streamline transit durations and minimize overall costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Between three to five or more years of experience in international freight forwarding or managing global logistics operations.
• In-depth understanding of customs regulations, import/export documentation processes, and proficiency with ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) software.
