Our founders bring extensive experience, including successful entrepreneurial exits and leadership at tech enterprises. Supported by top Silicon Valley venture capitalists like Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, Nash is shaping the future of last-mile logistics.

We are seeking a Logistics Product Manager to manage and expand some of our key enterprise accounts in the MENA region. This position is permanent and involves full accountability for the client relationship, its adoption, performance, and sustained outcomes. As a strategic partner embedded within customer product, engineering, and operations teams, you will design, roll out, and continuously optimize Nash platform solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of enterprise customer accounts, serving as the primary person responsible for adoption, performance metrics, and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with customer product and engineering teams to design, implement, and grow solutions using Nash’s platform.
  • Develop deep expertise in Nash’s capabilities and constraints to serve as an internal and external subject matter expert.
  • Advise customers on integrations and enhancements, identifying opportunities to improve their logistics operations.
  • Drive impactful results with a focus on delivery success, reducing errors, and maximizing cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead efforts to grow and retain accounts by ensuring continuous value delivery and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Address and resolve integration or workflow issues by partnering with customer engineers and internal Nash teams.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for your accounts, making sure their priorities are heard and aligned during company-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years in customer-facing technical positions such as Technical Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Forward-Deployed Product Manager.
  • Demonstrated track record managing enterprise client relationships with a focus on driving adoption, performance improvements, and business growth.
  • Strong technical proficiency including experience with APIs, software integrations, troubleshooting, and close teamwork with engineering groups.
  • Experience counseling product and engineering leadership with the ability to translate complex technical details into meaningful business advantages.
  • Analytically strong with excellent problem-solving capabilities, able to identify systemic root causes within intricate software and operational systems.
  • Quick learner with the aptitude to become a Nash product expert and use this expertise to direct client success and feedback loops.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to present confidently to executive-level stakeholders.
