  • Watch production timelines, order progress, and supply availability, and step in early to address risks.
  • Ensure ordering, allocation, and delivery tasks are completed correctly and on time.
  • Assist with planning for new model launches and vehicle introductions.
  • Set and manage stock holding policies, inventory targets, and pipeline strategies.

  • Balance allocation across dealers and locations to improve sales potential and reduce inventory exposure.
  • Create actions that improve inventory efficiency and lower carrying costs.
  • Deliver inventory analysis and recommendations for commercial planning.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipping, port activity, vehicle processing, storage, transport, and dealer deliveries.
  • Coordinate shipment planning and bookings with headquarters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics vendors.
  • Track vessel schedules, ETD/ETA, shipment status, and inbound movement planning.
  • Coordinate arrivals with ports, Vehicle Processing Centres, warehouses, and 3PL partners.
  • Oversee 3PL and logistics providers to ensure efficient handling, storage, transport, and delivery service.

  • Manage operational relationships with logistics vendors, freight partners, transport providers, VPCs, storage facilities, and other supply chain suppliers.
  • Review supplier performance against service levels, quality expectations, and cost targets.
  • Check and validate invoices related to freight, warehousing, processing, and other logistics services.
  • Work with Finance to support invoice approval, payment processing, and cost monitoring.
  • Support vendor selection, contract administration, and performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and reduce logistics costs.
  • Support dealer operations linked to vehicle supply, inventory control, and delivery processes.

  • Carry out regular analysis to spot risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, forecasts, and business updates for management.
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, and operational strategy work.
  • Provide insights on inventory efficiency, supply performance, and working capital.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Australia operations and headquarters on supply, production, logistics, and vehicle availability.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Retail Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Aftersales teams to align execution with business needs.
