Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Logistics Support Team ensuring precise execution of daily and strategic tasks.
- Collaborate with Sales and Distribution leaders to align logistics with go-to-market strategies, maintaining compliance with local regulations.
- Handle hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, training, and development of delivery staff.
- Direct scheduling, route assignments, and oversee daily task distribution.
- Perform field assessments including employee ride-alongs and auditing brand activations for compliance.
- Manage day-to-day delivery operations ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Supervise fleet maintenance, vehicle safety, and optimize routing and dispatch processes.
- Ensure correct handling of payments and brand ambassador activities, maintain cash reconciliation processes.
- Maintain productive relationships with third-party route providers and support coverage for other regional teams when necessary.
- Support product deliveries, payment pickups, event participation, and maintain account requirements.
- Track and organize event inventory including swag, samples, and marketing materials, ensuring event readiness and timely restocking.
- Complete administrative duties such as CRM reporting, mileage, expenses, and inventory logs.
- Adhere to all applicable state regulations and internal policies throughout field activities.
- Perform fulfillment tasks like pick/pack, labeling, order processing, staging, and movement of bulk goods.
- Additional duties as required by business demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles and account management, preferably within cannabis or related industries.
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Business Central ERP and Salesforce CRM is beneficial.
- Possession of a valid and clean state-issued driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle available for marketing events; mileage reimbursed at federal rates.
- Strong English communication skills, verbal and written; Spanish proficiency a plus.
- Ability to obtain necessary state permits, licenses, and certifications.
- ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
- Willingness to undergo background checks including motor vehicle reports.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Basic math competency including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Prepared to travel within state territory and undertake overnight stays when required; lodging and meals covered by company.
Compensation & Benefits
This exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $95,000 annually, along with overtime pay, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of paid time off, 16 hours of volunteer time off, 401(k) plan, and fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance.
