Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven and detail-conscious Logistics Coordinator to manage incoming orders, support data entry tasks, and coordinate logistics activities. This role demands proficient computer skills, effective communication, and sound judgment to maintain organized and timely daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming orders and ensure timely data entry completion.
- Coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, including pickups and delivery schedules.
- Monitor orders, track shipment statuses, and maintain inventory records, promptly addressing shortages, delays, or inconsistencies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation, order records, and logistical data.
- Communicate clearly with team members and cross-department partners to address order discrepancies or procedural questions.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Foster a positive and cooperative team environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a brewery, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with quick adaptability to new order entry, inventory, or warehouse management software.
- Solid basic math skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and reliable attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, self-initiation, and effective teamwork skills.
- Physical capability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and safely lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
