About the Role

STI-TEC is seeking a Logistics Analyst III to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG), specifically CG-AIR divisions including the Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Aviation Projects Acquisition Center (APAC), and the Office of Aeronautical Engineering (CG-AIR-E). STI-TEC provides professional business and information management solutions for government and commercial clients, with a focus on improving business processes around critical information assets. Key Duties

  • Own the analysis, development, and execution of requirements across multiple CG-AIR functions.
  • Work with CG-AIR staff and partner commands to gather and define needs.
  • Perform market research and assist with project planning.
  • Build requisition packets, including statements of work, performance work statements, and related acquisition materials.
  • Verify that requisition documentation meets regulatory, policy, and audit standards.
  • Monitor action items, keep customers informed on progress, and maintain acquisition records.
  • Evaluate deliverables for technical correctness.
  • Handle several assignments at once, while setting schedules, milestones, and project plans.
  • Prepare letters, reports, white papers, meeting notes, spreadsheets, and briefing materials.
  • Create approaches, plans, and documents that improve processes, lower costs, and support long-range planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic math.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
  • Able to work with limited government supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; or a high school diploma plus at least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Legal, or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate-level experience with ALMIS.
  • Intermediate-level experience with AMMIS.
  • At least 1 year of experience with USCG procedures.
  • Proficiency in ALMIS.
  • Proficiency in AMMIS.
