About the Location

The Red Sea, set to become a premier luxury beach destination, spans 200 kilometers of coastline on the western coast of Saudi Arabia. This development features idyllic natural islands and lagoons between Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort, situated on Shura Island, will be the central hub, offering a yacht marina, leisure facilities, retail, and an 18-hole golf course. The Red Sea project prioritizes sustainable practices and tourism, with its masterplan informed by marine spatial planning to minimize environmental impact and over-tourism while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The destination will utilize renewable energy and dedicate significant conservation zones, developing only a small portion of the islands. The resort itself will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites with stunning sea views, six dining outlets, event spaces, a marine discovery center, and a Kids for All Seasons area. Guests can enjoy a full-service spa, tennis courts, three pools, and two distinct beaches for families and adults, perfect for relaxation or exploring coral reefs.

The Role of the Front Desk Receptionist

As a Front Desk Receptionist at the Four Seasons Red Sea, your primary responsibility is to manage a wide array of guest requests with accuracy and efficiency. By understanding and anticipating individual guest needs, you will provide personalized recommendations and thoughtful service to ensure an exceptional stay. Our aim at Four Seasons is to surpass guest expectations by deeply understanding their desires and crafting unique, unforgettable experiences tailored to their preferences.
