Role Overview
This is a permanent, full-time field sales opportunity based across Birmingham and Leicester. It is suited to someone who enjoys meeting prospects in person, developing new business, and working in a fast-moving environment with strong earning potential.

What You Will Do
- Prospect for new customers within an assigned sales territory.
- Deliver face-to-face sales pitches to present products and services.
- Travel each day across the territory to meet prospects and customers.
- Create and sustain strong working relationships with clients.
- Work toward and surpass sales goals and KPI targets.
- Keep current with market developments and product information.

The ideal candidate is motivated, confident in in-person conversations, and determined to achieve targets. Strong networking ability, resilience, and a genuine drive to grow market presence in the region are more important than prior experience. This position is not office-based, so you must be comfortable planning your own diary, visiting prospects, and working independently in the field.
