Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Local Purchaser based in Riyadh or Jeddah, exclusively open to Saudi nationals. This role involves procuring materials and services vital for construction and infrastructure projects, requiring proficiency in sourcing, negotiating, and vendor management within the EPC or construction sectors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Procure materials, tools, and equipment aligned with project specifications.
• Initiate Requests for Quotation (RFQs), assess supplier bids, negotiate pricing, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Oversee supplier relationships and evaluate their performance continuously.
• Perform thorough market research to uncover potential cost reductions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, site, planning, and warehouse teams to guarantee punctual delivery of supplies.
• Monitor order statuses, address delivery challenges, and organize logistics support when necessary.
• Keep accurate procurement records and uphold adherence to company policies and procedures.
