Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Category truck driver based in Adelaide to join our day shift team at the Burton site. The working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime available as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure fitness for duty.
- Deliver assigned freight to designated locations within specified customer timeframes.
- Responsible for loading and unloading trailers efficiently.
- Apply load restraint techniques aligned with National Load Restraint Guidelines.
- Ensure allocated equipment is refueled and maintained in a clean condition.
- Immediately report any mechanical issues, delivery complications, or delays encountered.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a valid HR truck driving license.
- Minimum of two years driving experience operating HR vehicles.
- Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, punctuality, and clear communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and sound knowledge of safety protocols.
- Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation is advantageous.
- Willingness to undergo training and induction.
- Eligibility to work in Australia without restrictions.
