Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of LoanIQ system modules.
• Validate the entire loan lifecycle operations including deal setup, drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, fees, amendments, and payoffs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and execute test cases that align with Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Document, track, and manage defects through defect management tools effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
• Participate actively in release cycles and validate production environments post-release.
• Provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT phases.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in testing Finastra LoanIQ applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Lending and Corporate Banking domains.
• Familiarity with loan lifecycle processes, syndication, interest computation, and fee handling.
• Proficiency with SQL for data validation purposes.
• Understanding and experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience with defect and project tracking tools such as JIRA or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium or equivalent.
• Prior involvement in LoanIQ upgrade implementations or rollout projects.
• Exposure to Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and interface testing.
