Role Overview
The Loan Originator role is a full-time, on-location position based in the West Coast region of New Zealand. The main responsibility is to identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with residential real estate investors. The Loan Originator works collaboratively with underwriting, processing, and closing departments to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and prompt funding. Effective management of a sales pipeline, maintaining records in CRM systems, and clear communication with clients and internal parties are critical components of this position.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to work onsite, juggle multiple responsibilities, and uphold high ethical standards including confidentiality.
- Educational background in finance, business, economics, or similar fields, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
