Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Loan Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves field work visiting existing shops daily and assisting customers through the loan application process. Maintaining strong customer relationships is key to success in this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to current shops to engage with clients.
- Guide customers in completing loan applications and processes.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to support business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Must have completed a minimum of Pre-University Course (PUC) qualification.
- Age should be between 18 and 38 years.
- Possession of a motorcycle is mandatory for field visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹21,000.
