Role Overview

Our men's football team is seeking a dedicated Position Coach specializing in linebackers. If you have a background in football and are keen to develop skills related to technique, physicality, and position-specific details, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing coaching for linebackers during training sessions.
• Teaching fundamentals such as technique, stances, starts, and reads.
• Assisting with drills and planning of training activities.
• Collaborating closely with the Defensive Staff and Head Coach.

Candidate Requirements

• Established football knowledge relevant to the linebacker position.
• Approximately 1-2 years of playing experience at the regional league level or beyond.
• Dependability, effective communication skills, and enthusiasm for player development.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Time Commitment

• Participation in training sessions 1-2 times per week.
• Each session lasting around 1.5 hours.
• Potential involvement on game days subject to prior arrangement.
