About the Role

Key Duties
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the pool environment, strictly enforcing pool rules at all times.
- Conduct regular pool and water quality tests to maintain hygiene standards, meticulously documenting the results.
- Provide active support to club management in pool-related activities, ranging from addressing guest requests to preparing for special events.
Requirements
- Possession of a silver-level lifeguard certification (Rettungsschwimmabzeichen Silber).
- Good command of English language.
- Ability to work flexibly as scheduled.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
