Lifeguard

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and responsible Lifeguards to join our team in Dubai. The selected candidates should demonstrate strong swimming skills, keen observational abilities, and quick responsiveness to emergency situations to ensure the well-being and safety of all guests and facility users.

Key Duties

• Oversee swimming pools, beaches, and recreational zones to maintain a secure environment for patrons.
• Enforce safety regulations rigorously to avert accidents.
• React promptly and efficiently during emergencies and administer first aid or rescue support as needed.
• Carry out water rescues and apply CPR and AED protocols when necessary.
• Perform routine safety inspections of pool and beach premises.
• Keep the lifeguard station and safety gear orderly and clean.
• Record and communicate any incidents, hazards, or safety issues to the management.
• Deliver professional customer service and assist guests courteously.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized body is essential.
• Excellent swimming skills coupled with good physical fitness.
• Knowledge and competency in CPR, First Aid, and AED techniques.
• Experience working as a lifeguard in hotels, resorts, pools, beaches, or leisure centers is advantageous.
• Effective communication abilities in English.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
