Legal Intern

Overview

Marriott International invites law students passionate about hospitality to join their APEC Law Department as interns. This role offers an immersive experience working on meaningful projects, gaining corporate legal exposure within a global hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and improve key legal agreements essential to the business.
• Collaborate with an experienced legal team on impactful legal assignments and projects.
• Conduct legal research regarding regulations across APEC countries.
• Work alongside paralegals to address operational legal challenges.
• Assist with managing legal databases, supporting departmental initiatives, and special projects.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for the hospitality sector.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized university, preferably Year 2 or higher law students.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with solid problem-solving and organizational competencies.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and maintains a high standard of integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Internship Details

• Positions available both onsite at Singapore and remotely for other APEC regions.
• Minimum commitment of 2 full days (8 hours) per week for at least 4 months; longer durations are preferred.
