Position Overview
This opportunity includes one full-time ongoing and one part-time (0.5 FTE) ongoing position at Victoria Legal Aid's Ballarat office, located on Wathaurung Country. The salary ranges from $67,350 to $81,080 plus superannuation, with up to $15,900 available through salary packaging. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are offered.
Role Summary
Under the guidance of the Administrative Services Manager, you will join a team of legal assistants providing comprehensive legal administration support such as word processing, data entry, file organization, and reception duties. You will assist legal aid clients with their general inquiries and collaborate with external legal professionals and community legal centers to meet client needs.

Additional Details
Office-based attendance at the primary work location is mandatory. Interstate candidates must be willing to relocate to Victoria unless part of a border community. Victoria Legal Aid prioritizes child safety and wellbeing.
