Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Arrange property viewings and offer expert advice on the market conditions.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements alongside rental terms professionally.
• Source leads through networking, referrals, and company channels.
• Keep thorough documentation using the company's CRM system.
• Stay abreast of market trends, rental valuations, and developments within the community.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the leasing transactions.
• Meet individual sales and transaction goals consistently.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, aviation, banking, or real estate is preferred.
• Proficiency in English at a professional level; additional languages are advantageous.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-focused character.
• Strong skills in communication and relationship building.
• Candidates should be based in Dubai or prepared to relocate within 1 to 3 months.
