Job description

About the role

This opportunity is with peopleworth’s Employer Group, supporting work where both people and performance can flourish. The position is a Learner Experience Manager / Student Success Manager role within a digital education setting, focused on helping learners succeed from the moment they join until they finish their course.

You will be responsible for keeping learners engaged, supported, and on track throughout their learning journey. The role calls for proactive communication, strong coordination with internal teams, and a genuine commitment to learner outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the main contact for learners from onboarding through course completion.
  • Run both individual and group support sessions across several time zones.
  • Help learners build study plans and stay aligned with their completion goals.
  • Spot learning or engagement issues early and work out practical ways to resolve them.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly by email, chat, and video meetings.
  • Work closely with facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to support learner success.
  • Track learner progress and engagement through reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Review learner feedback and use it to suggest process improvements.
  • Support alumni and help build a connected community among former participants.

What we're looking for

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement in education or training environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate well with varied learner groups.
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills, along with close attention to detail.
  • Experience running online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.
  • Comfort working with digital education platforms and online learning environments.
  • An empathetic, proactive approach and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for learner outcomes.

Benefits

  • Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements.
  • A collaborative, people-focused performance culture.
  • The chance to contribute to meaningful learner success in a growing digital education space.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a purpose-led Employer Group.

Recruitment process

The hiring process is designed to be fair, transparent, and multi-stage so both sides can assess fit.

  • Submit an online application and answer a few short questions.
  • Applications are reviewed for fit, and suitable candidates are shortlisted.
  • Complete a video interview by recording brief answers to 3–4 role-specific questions.
  • Attend live interviews, with additional rounds if needed.
  • Reference and background verification are completed for the final shortlist.
  • Successful candidates receive a formal offer and contract paperwork.
  • After accepting, you complete pre-boarding before joining the employing organisation within the Employer Group.

Working style

The role is fully remote and requires collaboration across multiple time zones. Clear communication, respectful interaction, and timely feedback are expected throughout the recruitment process and in day-to-day work.
