Job description
Role purpose
This position focuses on leading hiring outcomes across the South region, with strong attention to workforce planning, sourcing efficiency, turnaround time, hiring quality, and compliance in recruitment operations.
Manpower availability and source mix
- Partner closely with business-unit HR teams to keep manpower budget and actual staffing fully aligned.
- Improve the hiring source mix in line with the agreed sourcing grid.
Offer turnaround and recruitment hygiene
- Ensure the time taken from sourcing to offer release, including onboarding coordination, stays within the expected turnaround timeline.
Quality of hire
- Place special emphasis on reducing early attrition and improving diversity among new joiners.
HR compliance and process adherence
- Make sure all important joining and personnel documents are maintained correctly and on time across the zone, with support from HR business partners in the business units.
- Follow turnaround time and first-time-right standards for all critical recruitment activities.
