Role Overview
The Lead Talent Acquisition Analyst will architect and drive the strategy around talent acquisition data. This high-impact role connects intricate data system infrastructure, advanced resource modeling, and strategic executive-level decision making, shaping the organization’s global talent acquisition direction.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage the complete TA data ecosystem, integrating applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resource information systems (HRIS), and clinical recruiting analytics.
- Develop, sustain, and enhance scalable data pipelines and automated dashboards serving as the definitive source for TA performance metrics worldwide.
- Implement governance policies ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance (including GDPR and EEOC), and standardized reporting practices.
- Design sophisticated models to evaluate recruiter capacity and workloads, assuring optimal staffing in line with dynamic hiring demands.
- Develop predictive analytical models forecasting metrics such as time-to-fill positions, offer acceptance rates, and funnel conversion ratios to preempt recruitment bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Finance and Workforce Planning teams to harmonize headcount budgeting, attrition predictions, and hiring strategies into a unified operational framework.
- Convert complex data insights into compelling presentations and narratives for executive stakeholders, including the Head of Talent Acquisition and Business Unit Leaders.
- Lead quarterly and annual talent acquisition business reviews by delivering actionable insights beyond basic data.
- Function as an internal consultant identifying trends, irregularities, and inefficiencies within hiring processes and advising on informed data-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or workforce planning, with at least 3 years specific to enterprise-level Talent Acquisition or HR analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or SQL is mandatory, with additional experience in Tableau, Power BI, or Visier considered advantageous.
- Exemplary communication skills with a history of translating complex analytics into clear presentations for senior leadership.
- Solid experience in developing capacity models and headcount forecasting in dynamic or scaling business environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of modern ATS data structures and talent CRM platforms; direct experience with Lever or Ashby preferred, with other enterprise platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, or Gem also acceptable.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base annual salary ranging from $106,000 to $146,000, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location, with possible discretionary bonuses. Comprehensive benefits include:
