Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead for our ServiceNow Testing team. The role involves overseeing testing activities and ensuring quality across ServiceNow implementations, specifically in areas such as ITOM, ITSM, or CMDB.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate testing activities for ServiceNow projects.
- Conduct various testing types including functional, integration, regression, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Utilize SQL for data validation and support testing.
- Manage testing workflows using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing.
- At least 5 years of focused experience with ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITSM, or CMDB.
- Hands-on knowledge of test types including functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT.
- Proficiency in SQL and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in any specialization.
