Role Overview

We are looking to strengthen our central Talent Acquisition team in Bonn with a Lead Recruiter (m/f/d). This exciting role provides an opportunity to engage with talent acquisition in a global enterprise and actively shape the recruitment landscape. The position is initially fixed-term until 30th September 2027, full-time with a weekly workload of 39 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process independently across various departments in Germany.
• Collaborate with HR and business managers to develop impactful sourcing strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting activities from job posting through pre-boarding using the applicant tracking system (ATS) Avature.
• Advise and train hiring managers on recruitment procedures and tools.
• Drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed degree in fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or an equivalent qualification.
• Three to four years of professional experience in recruiting.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and selection procedures.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Avature.
• Knowledge of HR marketing, sourcing channels, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced German language skills (C1 or higher) and proficient English communication.
• Passion for recruiting as a vital first point in the employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking and interest in market and workforce trends.
