Role Overview
AdaniConneX is seeking a seasoned Lead Quality professional for its data center operations in Pune. The position calls for 10–14 years of experience and a mechanical engineering background. The role is centered on building strong quality systems, driving compliance, improving operational performance, and creating a team culture focused on quality excellence.
Quality Strategy
Develop and execute quality management approaches that strengthen efficiency, raise effectiveness, and support consistent operational performance.
Quality Assurance Leadership
Take charge of quality assurance activities to ensure alignment with industry standards and to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Process Development and Maintenance
Own the creation, upkeep, and improvement of quality assurance processes, records, and systems so that operations remain consistent and reliable.
Audits and Assessments
Carry out routine quality audits and evaluations to uncover improvement opportunities and put corrective measures into action.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with teams across the organization to define quality benchmarks and support continuous improvement programs.
Regulatory Compliance
Make sure all quality practices comply with applicable regulations and recognized industry best practices.
Root Cause Analysis
Lead investigations into quality issues, determine the underlying causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to stop repeat problems.
Value Analysis / Value Engineering
Drive VA/VE initiatives that improve value and reduce costs while protecting quality standards.
Team Development
Develop a high-performing team by setting clear KPIs, monitoring progress, encouraging improvement, and mentoring team members for long-term growth. The role also involves fostering a respectful, safe, collaborative, and productive workplace.
Digital Mindset
Promote a digital-first approach within the organization, stay informed about digital and AI developments, and use new capabilities to support innovation and competitiveness.
Performance Tracking
