Role Summary
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our product reach by engaging estate agents nationwide, helping them succeed and improve customer experiences. We provide comprehensive training, competitive commission plans, and foster an inclusive, open culture.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in outbound B2B sales with proven achievement of monthly KPIs.
- Self-driven, proactive, and determined with a strong will to accomplish targets.
- Initiative-taking and fearless in contacting potential clients via phone.
- Curious and diligent, committed to mastering our products and communicating their benefits engagingly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to uncover new business leads.
- Engage prospective clients through compelling calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust, self-generated pipeline of client prospects.
- Work collectively with teammates and departments to sustain high performance standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.

Compensation
Base salary up to £24,000 with commission, targeting an on-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000. Salary may vary depending on the candidate’s experience.
