Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B lead generation across multiple international regions such as the USA, Canada, UK, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. The role involves engaging with decision-makers mainly in marketing departments within IT companies using email and LinkedIn strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads from various global markets.
- Conduct focused outreach through email and LinkedIn to arrange calls with VP, Director, or Manager-level marketing professionals.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and comprehensive Google research to discover and connect with prospective contacts.
- Initiate discovery calls and coordinate meetings for the downstream sales team.
- Update and manage CRM entries to capture lead status and pipeline developments.
- Analyze competitors' activities to optimize targeting approaches and messaging.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of leads to achieve set monthly and quarterly goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in B2B lead generation or business development, ideally within the IT sector.
- Good knowledge of international markets and skills in cross-cultural communication.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms such as Apollo, Hunter, or Lemlist.
- Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thoroughly understand IT services and solutions and effectively articulate their value.
- Self-driven with a results-focused approach and capacity to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation or business development within SaaS or IT services companies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, demand generation tactics, or marketing technology tools.
