  • Support the growth of design systems, templates, and visual frameworks.
  • Produce top-tier design across digital and print channels, including site, email, social, advertising, packaging, labelling, event materials, and store graphics.
  • Make sure creative work is tailored to channel best practices, performance goals, and customer experience standards.
  • Work with Content, Media, and Digital teams to ensure integrated and effective delivery.
  • Contribute to the design of digital improvements, templates, platform expansions, and customer experiences.
  • Lead a team of graphic and digital designers and help build a high-performing, collaborative creative culture.
  • Offer clear direction, feedback, and mentorship to strengthen team output.
  • Partner with Art Direction and Marketing teams to create strong brand storytelling.
  • Coordinate with the Graphic & Digital Design Operations Manager to deliver creative work smoothly.

Requirements

  • Outstanding ability in graphic and digital design, with a strong creative approach.
  • Demonstrated experience producing premium creative work in fashion or luxury settings.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a clear creative point of view.
  • Advanced skill with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong command of typography for creative design work.
  • Experience designing for multiple channels and templates, with awareness of best practices, customer experience, and digital testing.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating creative teams.
  • Effective collaboration skills across creative and marketing functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional brand standards.
  • A portfolio or work examples aligned to the COS aesthetic must be included with the application.
