Job description

Role Overview

As the Lead Brand Designer, you will shape and steward the visual identity across Snoonu’s different business lines. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design delivery, ensuring the brand remains coherent, adaptable, and unmistakably recognizable as the company grows into new markets, offerings, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and guide brand direction across all verticals so the identity system stays unified and scalable.
  • Support the launch and growth of new products, markets, and sub-brands while preserving brand integrity.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain brand guidelines so they are practical, adopted, and consistently used.
  • Protect brand consistency across every customer-facing and internal touchpoint, including product, marketing, offline materials, and partnerships.
  • Lead major campaigns and brand programs from early concept through final rollout.
  • Partner with designers and provide direction to maintain quality, alignment, and visual consistency across workstreams.
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to turn business strategy into strong design outcomes.
  • Improve design systems, workflows, and operating processes to support a growing organization.

Required Experience and Profile

  • More than 7 years of experience in brand design, with a strong emphasis on identity systems.
  • Background in fast-moving startups or similarly dynamic environments.
  • Experience working within in-house design teams.
  • Hands-on experience launching or scaling brands, products, or sub-brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead brand direction across multiple products or verticals.
  • A portfolio that shows both strategic thinking and polished execution.
  • Strong capability in building, maintaining, and scaling brand guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and system-level thinking.
  • Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and support teams effectively.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex cross-functional work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling brands across different markets or in high-growth settings.
  • Exposure to e-commerce, consumer products, or platform-based businesses.
  • Experience collaborating with motion, 3D, or multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Strong knowledge of print and physical brand implementation.
