About The Role
This position is based in the DNV Business Assurance Doha branch, serving the Middle East region with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar. We are seeking a Lead Auditor proficient in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Experience in Lead Auditor training for QHSE systems is advantageous. The role primarily involves conducting local audits in Doha, with potential assignments in other GCC countries as needed. The Lead Auditor will be responsible for executing audits and training sessions, primarily within GCC nations. A strong grasp of Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety Management systems is essential, enabling independent and professional audit leadership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, self-driven, a team player, and highly customer-focused. Expatriate employees will be offered an expatriate contract with family status.
Additional Responsibilities
The Lead Auditor will also be responsible for liaising with the local accreditation body for the renewal of our accreditation.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 4 years of industrial experience related to Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems is required. Proven third-party auditing experience for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems is essential. Prior experience with ISO 50001, ISO 55001, and ISO 22301 is preferred. Strong English communication skills are necessary, along with a willingness to travel across GCC countries. Security and compliance with statutory requirements in operating countries are paramount. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates as per applicable country-specific laws and practices.
