Job description
Overview
The OT Lead Analyst for the sector domain acts as the bridge between the sector and the OT SOC, ensuring that updates, decisions, and key activities are communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary holder of sector-specific knowledge across all OT security activities, including incident response, threat hunting, and related operations.
- Coordinate joint efforts between the OT SOC and the sector, such as collaborative incident response investigations.
- Build and sustain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, incident response teams, and security teams.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity risks, sector expectations, and market requirements, along with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist customers and internal teams with cybersecurity queries and questionnaire responses related to the customer or sector.
- Represent OT SOC in customer discussions as a knowledgeable expert on cybersecurity and sector-specific matters.
- Carry out assessments to verify compliance with applicable cybersecurity policies and recognized industry practices.
- Help identify, manage, and reduce cyber risk through proactive support and follow-up.
- Contribute to internal cybersecurity awareness efforts and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Holds CISSP certification from ISC2 and/or GIAC certification.
- Sector-specific certifications are required or highly valued.
- Strong ability in people management and process management.
- Demonstrated program management experience covering initiation, scope definition, resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk handling, and communication.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, presentation, and facilitation.
- Solid analytical, technical, written, and spoken communication abilities.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving and high-pressure environment.
- Capable of leading teams with strong coordination skills.
- Comfortable using common office software and productivity tools.
