Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI research projects focused on advancing the company's solution, which currently achieves 96% accuracy on consulting documents compared to 30% with top LLMs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality golden datasets for training and performance assessment.
• Fine-tune AI models to continually surpass industry benchmarks.
• Establish a definitive benchmark for consulting AI applications.
• Systematically evaluate new large language models with structured testing approaches.
• Optimize complex AI systems tailored to consulting-specific tasks.
• Assemble and guide a research team in pioneering new document comprehension methods.
• Collaborate closely with founders to integrate research insights into product development.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience, including at least 2 years in consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of consulting methodologies.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Motivated self-starter with a pragmatic, "get-it-done" attitude.
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore and reside locally.
