Laundry Valet

About the role

This role sits within the Housekeeping & Laundry function at a luxury hotel in Doha. The position focuses on guest-facing laundry and valet service, with an emphasis on timely delivery, careful handling of garments and items, and a polished service experience.

What you will do

• Welcome guests on arrival and help unload their belongings safely and courteously.
• Deliver laundry and clothing to guest rooms.
• Respond quickly to guest, Front Desk, and At Your Service requests.
• Keep laundry and dry-cleaning areas neat and presentable.
• Complete valet tickets accurately so items are processed correctly.
• Arrange repairs with the relevant team members and coordinate collection once completed.

• Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Protect confidential and proprietary information and safeguard company assets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, including on the telephone and in written documentation.

• Listen carefully and respond appropriately to concerns raised by colleagues.

Physical requirements

• Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, stoop, grasp, turn, and handle objects.
• Capacity to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to carry out other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
