Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

This role entails maintaining cleanliness and order within the hotel’s laundry areas as well as contributing to the overall guest environment by efficiently processing and managing laundry items, ensuring that guest rooms and public spaces are supported with fresh, clean linens and garments.

Work Environment and Requirements

Employees in this position must be physically able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, upholding confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times are vital. This role is non-management and requires a proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
