Key Responsibilities

• Mow lawns to maintain neat green spaces.

• Prune shrubs and small ornamental trees carefully to promote healthy growth.
• Perform aeration and overseeding to keep lawns healthy.
• Install flowers to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Remove weeds and clear away debris to maintain cleanliness and order.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Virginia driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Landscape industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is a plus, yet not required.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to learn operation of small equipment related to job duties.
