Key Responsibilities
- Respond to survey and setting-out inspection requests daily, verifying activities on site.
- Review contractor drawings and site operations to ensure compliance with survey requirements.
- Prepare daily written and photographic project reports related to survey activities.
- Evaluate shop drawings for setting-out precision and identify existing conditions potentially impacted by road construction.
- Support the Senior Land Surveyor in addressing stakeholder queries concerning project orientation.
- Monitor contractor adherence to agreed site safety policies and working methods, halting unsafe work practices as necessary.
- Report safety issues promptly to site management and safety personnel.
- Participate in technical, safety, quality, and progress meetings as required.
- Continuously assess contractor work schedules to foresee and escalate potential issues before they impact project progress.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
- Preferably experienced in consultancy, project management consultancy (PMC), or as a supervision consultant.
- Background working on luxury residential, waterfront, hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects is highly valued.
