A leading firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a seasoned Land Surveyor Engineer to join their team. The position requires a professional skilled in managing surveying tasks throughout construction project phases with high precision and reliability.

Position Overview

The appointed candidate will be responsible for performing and overseeing all land surveying duties to support various construction activities. This includes the operation and upkeep of advanced survey instruments, collaboration with project stakeholders, and ensuring all surveying works adhere strictly to the project's drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute surveying, setting out, and leveling on different construction sites.
• Carry out topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys using contemporary equipment.
• Confirm site coordinates and elevations align with approved plans and standards.
• Operate and maintain essential surveying tools like Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, Digital Levels.
• Compile comprehensive survey documentation including reports, field notes, and calculations.
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and consultants to address and resolve any surveying challenges.
• Maintain high accuracy of measurements ensuring conformity with project quality criteria.
• Support quantity assessments and verify completed construction phases as needed.
• Conduct frequent site evaluations and offer technical assistance during ongoing construction work.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable project and HSE standards.

Qualifications Required

• Diploma in Land Surveying, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in land surveying within infrastructure and building projects.
• Demonstrated expertise working on infrastructures such as roads, utilities, and bridges.
• Skilled in using survey technology including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Digital Levels, Auto Level.
• Preferably familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software.
