Job Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople and site crews with materials handling, setup, and site cleanup tasks.
• Safely operate construction plant and equipment according to guidelines.
• Perform traffic management duties when required.
• Operate forklifts and telehandlers if ticketed and qualified.
• Provide spotting assistance for machinery operations and manage lifts and deliveries.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure a safe work environment.
• Comply with all site safety and environmental protocols.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
• Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship on site.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a skilled labourer in construction.
• Possession of tickets is preferred but not mandatory: forklift, telehandler, traffic control (implement/stop–slow).
• Construction White Card is required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
• Demonstrated strong safety orientation and team collaboration skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude and dedication to work ethic.
