GFL Environmental Inc. is looking for an Industrial Services Labourer to join its Dartmouth, Nova Scotia team. This role supports industrial cleaning operations and field work at different sites, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out industrial cleaning work using hot wash equipment, high-pressure systems, and a hose truck.
• Perform confined-space entry tasks when required.
• Handle hoses, set up equipment, and shovel waste materials; this may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with the operation of the vacuum truck and mobile wash unit.
• Act as a professional representative of the company when dealing with clients, customers, and vendors on-site and off-site.
• Support supervisors by completing assigned tasks safely and efficiently at different locations.
• Take on other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• Strong verbal communication skills for working with teammates and customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights.
