Job Overview

• Conduct client and entity name screenings during onboarding using specialized screening tools such as World-Check, online resources, and due diligence databases.
• Analyze screening outcomes to detect potential matches involving adverse media, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctions, and other compliance concerns.
• Perform detailed yet efficient research to differentiate real risks from false positives, thereby ensuring high-quality KYC outcomes.
• Report any deficiencies, missing information, or suspicious indicators in KYC documentation to senior team members for further assessment and resolution.
• Keep client records accurate and up to date in internal systems following regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support team operations and administrative tasks while actively taking part in efforts to enhance process efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
