About Inverto
Inverto, supported by BCG, stands as a prominent consultancy specializing in procurement and supply chain management globally. Having evolved from a European-focused firm, Inverto now operates on a worldwide scale with a unique service proposition. The Business Services Teams within Inverto play an essential role driving continuous improvement and scaling operations by taking ownership from day one and making a tangible difference through their work.
Role Impact and Responsibilities
As a Knowledge Enablement Specialist, you will serve as a reliable partner to project and pitch teams worldwide by offering tailored, top-notch insights and analyses that influence project results and business growth directly. Your efforts will empower teams to make well-informed decisions, enhancing Inverto’s value to clients.
You will lead the advancement of knowledge management and AI-driven workflows by recognizing knowledge shortfalls, fostering AI-supported applications, and enhancing knowledge quality and accessibility. These activities will contribute to making organizational processes more efficient, scalable, and future-proof.
Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with Practice Areas, Centers of Excellence, and project teams across multiple offices to nurture Inverto’s knowledge ecosystem continuously. Supporting and coaching consulting teams on the use of knowledge and AI tools will also be a core part of your responsibilities, fostering best practices throughout the company.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Information Management, or a related discipline and possesses three to five years of experience in knowledge management, research, or consulting support. You should be comfortable leveraging digital knowledge tools and AI-powered workflows, communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels, and managing assignments independently from start to finish. Thriving in changing environments, adapting swiftly, and contributing positively to a culture grounded in values and collaboration are expected qualities. A team-oriented, approachable demeanor paired with sincere team spirit and mutual assistance is highly valued.
