Job Overview
Rotana Hotels is seeking energetic, self-driven Food & Beverage professionals who are eager to grow their careers in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep food preparation areas, storage spaces, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen tools, nearby corridors, holding zones, and operating equipment clean and orderly.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service staff to support day-to-day operations.
- Follow assigned duty rosters and shift timings.
- Carry out stewarding duties according to instructions provided.
- Help reduce waste, breakage, and spoilage as much as possible.
Education, Qualifications & Experience
A vocational background in Food & Beverage is preferred, along with prior experience working as a Kitchen Steward. Good command of English is required.
