Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Doha is focused on supporting kitchen operations. The Kitchen Staff member will help with food preparation, keep the kitchen clean and organized, handle ingredients, clean kitchen tools and equipment, and follow food safety practices. The role also involves working closely with culinary and service teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Practical ability in preparing and cooking food with a strong focus on quality and detail.
• Working knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and food safety requirements.
• Good communication and customer service awareness to support teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving kitchen environment.

• Prior exposure to hospitality or culinary work is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
