Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces are maintained to high standards.
• Support the kitchen team by assisting with basic food preparation tasks, with opportunities for training and skill development.
• Work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends according to the rota system.
