Job Overview
Join Hilton as a Kitchen & Laundry Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring top-quality hospitality through facility upkeep and guest service. This position involves not only maintaining the safety and functionality of hotel premises but also enhancing the guest experience through timely and effective maintenance solutions.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the hotel's physical infrastructure including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to guarantee functionality and safety.
- Promptly respond to service calls from guests and work orders from team members to address maintenance issues.
- Carry out diverse repair and maintenance duties spanning carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to detect and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks performed and report any unresolved concerns requiring escalation.
