Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the growth and management of the Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro platform within the Global IT department.
- Collaborate with Senior Kinaxis Consultants on configuring systems, providing integration support, conducting testing, and managing day-to-day platform operations.
- Lead end-to-end Kinaxis implementations including gathering requirements, configuration, testing phases, and deployment.
- Develop and sustain workbooks, dashboards, alerts, and data views for the platform.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining data integration pipelines between Kinaxis and external systems such as ERP and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Monitor data loading activities and integration jobs to promptly identify and rectify data quality issues.
- Offer second-level technical support for Kinaxis-related problems reported by business users.
- Conduct various testing types including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; document findings and manage defect resolution processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience working with Kinaxis Maestro, including participation in at least one complete end-to-end implementation.
- Academic credentials in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or related disciplines at BS, MS, or PhD level.
- Hands-on experience creating workbooks, dashboards, alerts, or data views within Kinaxis.
- Familiarity with data integration methodologies and Kinaxis data feeding processes.
- Proficient in SQL for troubleshooting and data validation tasks.
- Fundamental understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, supply management, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles or service management procedures such as incident, change, and problem management.
- Additional credentials like Kinaxis certification, ERP system exposure (SAP, QAD, IFS), and ETL experience are considered advantageous.
