About the Role

Epic Management Group is seeking a seasoned Khaleeji Chef with expertise in traditional Gulf culinary arts, capable of delivering genuine tastes and premium quality dishes consistently.

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare authentic Khaleeji specialties such as Kabsa, Mandi rice, Machboos, Luqaimat, and Saloona following standard recipes.
Maintain authenticity in flavor, presentation, and correct portion sizes.
Oversee daily kitchen operations related to food preparation and cooking.
Ensure adherence to strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols.
Regularly check the quality and proper storage of ingredients.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to facilitate efficient service.
Implement measures to reduce food waste and manage kitchen expenses.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Demonstrable experience as a Khaleeji Chef or in Gulf regional cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of traditional spices, preparation techniques, and dishes.
Capability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Professional demeanor and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
