Job description
Role Overview
At TROX SE, this position is based in Neukirchen-Vluyn and focuses on improving sales-related business processes across the organization and its subsidiaries. The role works closely with process owners and internal teams to align, refine, and standardize workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, further development, and harmonization of processes in close cooperation with process owners and subsidiaries.
- Review, record, and analyze existing workflows and reporting activities to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Test and evaluate new approaches to process optimization, including the use of new features and AI-based technologies.
- Plan and carry out system testing and prepare training materials, presentations, and learning sessions.
- Act as the link between process owners and key users in second-level support matters.
Candidate Profile
- You have completed a vocational training program and bring several years of professional experience, ideally gained in an international company.
- You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- You are familiar with ERP systems, ideally Infor LN, as well as standard MS Office applications.
- You have strong analytical thinking skills and a solid grasp of numbers.
- You work in an independent and well-structured manner.
- You are eager to learn and can think across disciplines.
